Refund policy

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, if the product you have purchased does not satisfy you, you can return it to the manufacturer within 14 days from the date of receipt, without having to specify the reason and without any penalty.

To be able to return the product you need to contact customer service assistance@tessutistoffe.it communicating your rethinking. 

Before proceeding with the return of the product you will be sent the confirmation of authorization of the return and the procedure.
Once the return authorization confirmation has been received, it will be possible to proceed with the shipment of the product you want to return to the address:

The costs for this shipment will be at your expense and you can choose the courier you prefer.

Following the manufacturer's confirmation of the conformity of the returned product (intact product), the full amount of the order will be returned within 14 days. If the product is found to be damaged, you will not be entitled to a refund of the money.

If the product is damaged and visible from the outside, the goods must not be accepted by the courier and therefore the refusal must be communicated to our customer service. In the event that it is damaged when opening the package, it is necessary to document it with photos and send it to the email assistance@tessutistoffe.it requesting its intervention. In this case, all costs are borne by us. From time to time we will decide whether to send a whole new supply or supplement it only for damaged products.

REFUNDS

How will my money be returned?

The refund is made directly to the credit card used for the order. If the order was placed with the payment on delivery method, the customer's bank details will be requested to proceed with the refund by bank transfer. 
The shop operates from the European Union and all transactions, even in foreign currencies, are converted into Euros after payment has been made.

When will the refund be made?

The refund will be processed as soon as we have the information necessary to evaluate the customer's request. 
Attention: if the payment is made by credit card, the refunds may take a few days to be visible on your statement.
